The impedance converter includes a plurality of lines having different lengths and disposes between an output end of a carrier amplifier and an output end of a peaking amplifier. The connector connects a line selected from the plurality of lines having different lengths of the impedance converter to the output end of the carrier amplifier and to the output end of the peaking amplifier.
