The stator (S), the outer cylinder (3), and a terminal (4) having one end (4a) connected to the winding wire (2) are integrated together by a mold resin (12) by insert molding while closing one end side of the outer cylinder (3) by the mold resin (12), and protruding the other end (4b) of the terminal (4) out of the motor (M) through the mold resin (12).
