The laminations disposed adjacent to one another are electrically insulated from one another. The ends of the laminations, oriented toward the wire windings of an armature, are each electrically conductively connected to at least one wire end. According to the invention, it is provided that the ends of the laminations end, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the commutator, in planes offset from one another.
