Further, the apparatus comprises a refresh control line configured to update at least one pixel on a display; a frequency based selector coupled to the refresh control line; and a memory coupled to the frequency based selector and the data control line. The apparatus is configured to provide one or more signals to a pixel in a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation based at least in part on the refresh control line.
