The method of controlling the laundry disentangling process in the washing machine, which includes a rotation drum containing laundry and a motor rotating the rotation drum to disentangle tangled laundry, includes stepwise-increasing an rpm of the motor, and adjusting a stepwise-acceleration rate of the motor, and performing the laundry disentangling process.
