An axle extends from the sleeve. A second drive roller is rotatably coupled to the axle. An adjustable ratchet member extends between the arm and the frame. The adjustable ratchet member is operable to adjust the position of the second driver roller relative to the first drive roller. A blade member is trained on the first and second drive rollers.
