In a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor with which an inverter unit is integrated, lead-out positions of low-voltage cables and connectors for supplying a low voltage from a low-voltage power supply to a circuit on a low-voltage ground LV are provided either in a side surface opposite to a mounting position of high-voltage components and high-voltage cables for supplying a high voltage from a high-voltage power supply to a power system circuit on a high-voltage system ground HV; or at an end farthest away from the mounting position of the high-voltage cables and the high-voltage components in an adjacent side surface or the same side surface.
