Preferably, the tilting unit comprises a telescopic arm which is extendable and retractable along an arcuate path, the telescopic arm includes two rigid arcuate members which are telescopically slidable relative to each other, wherein the tilting device is rotatable about an axis of rotation which passes through the fixed point, so that the telescopic arm is movable in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation.
