The non-aqueous pigment ink includes a pigment, a pigment dispersant and a non-aqueous solvent, wherein the ink comprises a copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and an alkene of 10 to 40 carbon atoms as the pigment dispersant, and also comprises a pigment derivative.
