Abstract:
The present invention relates to quinoxalinone derivatives of formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 are as defined herein, as insulin secretion stimulators. Specific such quinoxaline compounds are also an aspect of the invention. The invention also relates to the preparation and use of these quinoxalinone derivatives for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diabetes and pathologies associated.
