The present disclosure relates to a method for providing information in a cellular wireless communication system including: detecting a radio link failure (RLF) for a mobile station while connected to a first cell; re-establishing the connection in a second cell; and providing information about the radio link failure (RLF) only to cells supporting the same radio access technology (RAT) as the first cell and/or a third cell, wherein the third cell is the cell to which the mobile station was connected before the first cell.
