The code is adapted to determine an efficiency of a section of a steam turbine based on a relationship between enthalpy difference values and leakage flow rate values between adjacent sections of the steam turbine. The relationship includes a point of equalizing an enthalpy of the leakage and an enthalpy at a destination of the leakage.
