The method of outputting the body information of a user comprises: designating coordinate points of the body information according to first, second, and third body information on a three-dimensional coordinate having the first, second, and third coordinates as coordinate axes; and outputting comparison information between the user body figure and the average body figure from the distance between the coordinate point of the body information of the average body figure designated on a three-dimensional coordinate in advance and the coordinate point of the body information of the user.
