Each pulse emitted by the meter, is sensed by the System of the invention; concurrently, a real time clock allows the measurement of the difference of timetables between pulses to obtain the real instant flow rate, in order to increase, later, one of the volume counters that correspond to the consumption recorded within the preset instant flow rate ranges, same that, jointly, will comprise a consumption flow rate histogram. The pulse sensed by the invention increases at its time a counter of a group, depending on the hour of the day when it was generated, to make up a timetable histogram. The information of the counters resident in the memory can be read electronically by wired or wireless media.
