The receiver includes a channel having first and second sides defining a channel opening having a first channel width and at least one boss on the first or second channel side so that the channel has a second width at the boss less than the first channel width. The hinge pin has a first portion with a first width in a first direction and a second width in a second direction less than the first hinge pin width, and the first hinge pin width is greater than the second channel width and the second hinge pin width is less than the second channel width.
