The secondary battery pack includes at least one secondary battery; a case accommodating the battery; a protection circuit module to protecting the battery; and a connecting member connecting the at least one secondary battery to the protection circuit module. The connecting member includes a first plate having a plurality of conductive patterns spaced apart from one another; and a second plate surrounding the first plate. The second plate has at least one cut-away portion on a bent portion of the first plate.
