An upper insulating film is affixed to upper surfaces of first and second contacts, and upper surfaces of carriers. Then, the first and second contacts, are disconnected from the carriers. Finally, a lower insulating film is affixed to lower surfaces of the first and second contacts, and lower surfaces of the carriers.
