The at least one wireless transmitter/receiver comprises a gps communication device and a network communication device. When at least a portion of gps location information is unable to be received by the gps communication device, the network communication device is configured to receive the gps location information from an additional mobile computing device across an ad-hoc network created between the two mobile computing devices.
