When a pressure difference between an inner space, located between the piston body and a deep inner section of the cylinder body, and the outside becomes a predetermined volume or above due to the movement or the relative movement of the piston body, one part of the seal ring is deflected and deformed so as to open a path for interconnecting the inner space and the outside.
