Dielectric ceramic composition includes a hexagonal type barium titanate as a main component shown by a generic formula of (Ba1-αMα)A(Ti1-βMnβ)BO3 and having hexagonal structure wherein an effective ionic radius of 12-coordinated “M” is −20% or more to +20% or less with respect to an effective ionic radius of 12-coordinated Ba2+ and the A, B, α and β satisfy relations of 1.000
Abstract(Chinese):

介电陶瓷组合物包括六方晶系钛酸钡作为主要成分，由通式（Ba1-αMalpha）A（Ti1-βMnbeta）BO3表示，并具有六方结构，其中12配位“M”的有效离子半径为-20 相对于12配位Ba2 +的有效离子半径为20％以下〜20％以下，A，B，α，β满足1.000 <（A / B）@1.040,0≤α<0.003,0.03 @β@ 0.2，作为子成分，关于主成分，碱土金属氧化物如MgO等的某些含量，Mn 3 O 4和/或Cr 2 O 3，以及CuO和Al 2 O 3以及包含SiO 2的玻璃成分。 根据本发明，可以提供六方晶系的钛酸钡粉末和电介质陶瓷组合物，其用于制造电容器等电介质比较高的等介电常数的电子元件，具有优良的绝缘性能和足够的可靠性。
