The engaging portion 11 is provided at one of the box body 20 and the lid 30, and a support portion 27 receiving and supporting the engaging portion 11 on a side of the engaging portion 11 opposite to a side of the engaging portion 11 on which a force applied from the axle portion 7 to the engaging portion 11 is exerted is provided at the other of the box body 20 and the lid 30.
