The display device comprises: a liquid crystal panel; a first light guide plate disposed above the liquid crystal panel; a second light guide plate disposed below the liquid crystal panel; a light guide member emitting light incident toward the first light guide plate and the second light guide plate; and a light source disposed on a side of the light guide member. Because of the light guide member, the sizes of the light guide plates and the light source are not limited to each other and then disposed. Additionally, the display device uses one light source to realize two screens.
