A wick 1 is settled in horizontal direction between the brush molding groove of the upper molding box and the brush molding groove of the lower molding box. Further material inserting portion 11 and a projected pressing portion 31 which has corresponding shape to the material inserting portion 11 are provided at the top of the upper molding box 10 and at the top of the lower molding box 20, respectively.
