The containing part includes a first region and a second region, the flow speed of the liquid in the first region of the containing part is lower than the flow speed of the liquid in the second region of the containing part, and the horizontal cross sectional area of the first region of the containing part is less than the horizontal cross sectional area of the second region of the containing part.
