The applying component applies a predetermined voltage to the first contact member. The grounding component grounds the second contact member. The detecting component detects at least one of a potential between the applying component and the first contact member, or a potential between the second contact member and the grounding component. The executing component executes predetermined processing, based on a detection result from the detecting component.
