The marking information indicates a broadcast station and a broadcast time. The information processing apparatus also includes a processing unit that extracts a Universal Resource Identifier (URI) based on the broadcast station and the broadcast time, and produces navigation information associated with the scene of the broadcast program, based on the URI.
