The collar has an axial through hole. The packing ring has an axial through hole surrounded by a first packing ring segment and a second packing ring segment thereof. The collar is inserted into the axial through hole of the shell. The packing ring is mounted in the axial through hole of the collar. The connection ring and the shell are fastened together by a screw joint, causing the first packing ring segment and second packing ring segment of the packing ring to be wrapped about the inserted cable or the inserted cable and flexible conduit tightly, achieving a double-lock function and protecting against moisture and dust particles.
