The lip cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by comprising the following components (a) to (c): (a) 4.5 to 35 mass % of isostearyl glyceryl ether; (b) 20 to 80 mass % of one or more kinds of methyl phenyl silicones that do not separate when mixed with (a) and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane at 90° C. and separate when mixed with (a) and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane at 25° C.; (c) 4 to 10 mass % of a wax.
