A first region of the conveyance member may include a portion facing the discharge port that has a conveyance capacity that is lower than a conveyance capacity of a second region or has a conveyance capacity that is zero. The conveyance member includes a positioning unit that is provided on the one end side thereof in the axial direction to position the conveyance member in the axial direction by abutting on the developer container, and an urging unit to urge the positioning unit with respect to the developer container.
