The fixed assembly includes a nib which can slide freely in a first through hole of the mobile assembly; structure for automatically operating an actuator connected to the nib in a manner to determine an approaching movement of the wing towards the frame and a compression force against an elastic element positioned between the frame and the wing. The mobile assembly includes an external element rigidly secured to the wing; an internal strike adapted to be inserted into a second through hole of the main body, the internal strike including a transversal hole adapted to house the nib; and a threaded pin which allows the internal strike to move relative to the external element.
