The second electrode and the second portion of the first electrode are formed on a layer upper than the layer where the wiring is formed. The first portion of the first electrode is connected to the second portion in a contact hole formed on an insulating film between the first portion and the second electrode, and formed on the same layer on which the wiring is formed.
