The anode comprises a composite material formed through applying a compressive force and a shearing force to at least a part of a surface of a base material including at least one kind selected from Group 14 elements except for carbon so as to combine a carbonaceous material with the base material, thereby the capacity and the cycle characteristics can be improved.
