A core has first and second lengths along first and second straight lines passing through a core axis, respectively. The first length is smaller than the second length. The cathode and anode foils are wound together around the core from the one end of each of the cathode and anode foils. The second straight line lies between the first cathode and anode lead terminals and the first straight line lies between the second cathode and anode lead terminals.
