The first metallic layer and the light shielding element are disposed above the substrate. The second metallic layer is disposed above the light shielding element, and includes first and second data lines. The first data line is disposed along the light shielding element, and is partially overlapped with the light shielding element. The second data line is parallel to the first data line. A first portion of the pixel electrode is overlapped with the first data line, and is not overlapped with the light shielding element. A second portion of the pixel electrode is overlapped with the light shielding element, and is not overlapped with the first data line.
