A request is received from a user device for a first network-accessible data item in a plurality of network-accessible data items. The first network-accessible data item is transmitted to the user device. A determination of the most frequently viewed data items is made and a second network-accessible data item is retrieved from the most frequently viewed items and transmitted to the user device. The second network-accessible data item is transmitted before receiving a request for the second network-accessible data item from the user device.
