A custom animation platform receives game play data of the game and determines at least one scene based on the game play data. Then, one or more frames in the scene are set up, where at least one of the frames includes at least one non-game pre-production element of the game. Subsequently, the frames are rendered and the rendered frames are combined to generate a computer animation.
