The compartments include openings. The arrangement is configured to be mounted on a vehicle with a longitudinal direction of the elongate body essentially coinciding with a direction of motion of the vehicle. The elongate body includes deflectors configured to act on an air stream and to permanently create an air covering layer across and over the compartment openings during use.
