Abstract:
Human neutrophil peptide (HNP) 1-3, used as diagnostic and therapeutic molecular probes, are found in clinical tissues of gastric cancer patients. In the analytical process according to the present disclosure, pairs of gastric cancer tissues are used to seek the putative biomarkers by proteomic strategy based on matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-imaging mass spectrometry (MALDI-IMS).
