The method may comprise installing and executing one or more computer programs. The method may also comprise obtaining messages from a shared folder using a network interface. The method may further comprise displaying messages using a display interface. In addition, the method may comprise providing access control, including controlling access to messages and dissemination of messages. The BPO environment may comprise at least one user computer. The network interface and the display interface may be executed separately on the user computer.
