Then, a unique typical coordinate value is determined according to a coordinate value of each of the touch points. Finally, an application program is controlled to execute a function relative to the typical coordinate value. Hence, the application program is controlled to execute the corresponding function by detecting the user operation on the touch screen so as to improve a convenience of operating the electronic device.
