Firstly, the holding element is elastically connected by a first spring element to the plug connector housing. Secondly, the holding element having two arms, each of which has a corresponding elongated hole, is rotatable within a certain angular range about the bearing pins of the insert under the influence of a spring and is held on the plug connector housing, so that it is displaceable by a first displacement path axially to the ferrules under the influence of a spring.
