The composition comprises a bleaching agent comprising a high level of a aqueous hydrogen peroxide. The bleaching agent is derived from multiple components within the composition and comprises at least about 15% by weight of the total composition weight. The Composition also comprises a bleaching agent stabilizer comprising from about 0.01% to about 1.00% by weight of the total composition weight.
