At least part of each of the terminals is not covered with the interlayer insulating film. A reflection layer configured to reflect light is provided in a region that is at least part of each gap between the adjacent terminals and includes an edge of the interlayer insulating film, as viewed from the normal to the surface of the insulating substrate.
