A computing section (3) converts the digital signal into a measured weight value Wx, reads a target weight value Wd (=W0±ΔW) determined by a target center value W0 and a tolerance ±ΔW inputted from a weight setting unit (5) through an interface (4), compares the measured weight value Wx and the target weight value Wd to obtain a difference, and transmits a signal for flashing or turning on the character display corresponding to the difference and the measured weight value Wx to a display unit (6) and transmits a sound signal to a buzzer (7).
