The network device also includes a dissemination module operable to facilitate distribution of a malware countermeasure to a first set of networked nodes of the plurality of networked nodes in a manner responsive to an indicium of an activity associated with the first set of networked nodes of the plurality of networked nodes. The network device may include a computerized networking device.
