The sheet-like member has a first lateral end which is a free end and a second lateral end which is fixed on the supporting shaft. The sheet-like member is waved at the second lateral end, and waving is greater in the second lateral end than in the first lateral end. The sheet like member is fixed to the supporting shaft at intervals which are the same as pitches of the wave.
