The apparatus comprises a container having an open top, a closed bottom and a continuous peripheral wall extending therearound between said top and bottom. The peripheral wall has an exterior surface adapted to have a flexible sheet applied thereto. The flexible sheet has top and bottom opposed edges corresponding to the top and bottom of the container. The apparatus further comprises edge protecting means for protecting at least one of the top or bottom edge of the flexible sheet.
