An infant carrier apparatus comprises a support frame having opposite first and second sides, a handle pivotally coupled with the support frame, and a stop mechanism. The handle is operable to rotate relative to the support frame between a first position inclined toward the first side, and a second position inclined toward the second side. The stop mechanism is adapted to arrest the handle at an intermediate position when the handle is rotated from the first position toward the second position, wherein the intermediate position is located between the first and second position.
