A circular portion of the buffering part 34 can work as a buffer. The buffer performance of the buffering part 34 depends on flexibility and resiliency of a corrugate tube 25 and on a circular shape formed between a holding position of the retainer 29 and the neighbor of the end of the wiring harness 32.
