When the file registration unit registers each of the files to the file management unit, the output determination unit determines whether the combined image can be outputted in accordance with certain output conditions. The output-configuration-information management unit registers predetermined output configuration information for the combined image and adds an output condition of the file that can be outputted to the output configuration information of the combined image.
